Area Nominations Search Adviser
The Area Nominations Search position will assist Area in finding the right person for Area Adviser positions, and the Area Commissioner position. This position should work with a small team of your choice, and will only require time commitment when Area positions are open.
Responsibilities:
- - Work with the Area Commissioner about openings at the Area Level
- - Prepare advertisements for positions
- - Collect and review applications
- - Interview qualified candidates
- - Ensure reference checks are completed
- - Make recommendations to Area Commissioner for candidates to be considered
- - Manage election process for Area Commissioner position
Skills Required:
- - Knowledge of Area level positions and their function
- - Strong people skills
- - Strong organizational skills
