2013 is our 100th Birthday
Program Committee is taking the lead on planning activities for our birthday party in 2013.
If you are interested in being involved either in the planning, or in being involved in one of the activities please let the office know at 403-283-8348 or at ggcinfo@calgarygirlguides.com Heather will take a list of names and see that you are included on the team that will work on this.

We are also trying to create a timeline of Guiding in Calgary. We have pulled date, names and events from a variety of places and need volunteers to go to the Glenbow Museum and look through the archives we have there and see if any more dates, names and events can be collected that way. If you are interested in spending some time at the Glenbow contact Eileen at commissioner@calgarygirlguides.com or 403-283-8348 ext 232.

Are you interested in being called when we need volunteers for an event? We are always in need of people to man booths, assist at centres with events, handle shopping for events, help with making things for the tables at Area Dinner and other events.
